Every item is personalized and made to order. We need 1–3 business days to make your gift before it ships.
Delivery times (after shipping)
- Poland: 2 business days
- European Union and United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Rest of Europe: 5–12 business days
- United States: 7–11 business days
- Mexico: 8–13 business days
- Canada and Australia: 12–18 business days
- Rest of the world: 8–13 business days
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and can be longer around holidays. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Customs and duties
Orders within the EU have no customs fees. For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply; these are paid by the recipient. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs.
