1. Controller

2. What we process and why

• Orders: name, address, email, phone number, order details and personalization text, to perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Customer account: your email address, name and order history, if you use an account, to provide it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Accounting and tax records: data we must keep by law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Customer messages, contact form and claims: to answer you and to establish or defend claims, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Store security and backups: technical logs and backup copies, to keep the store safe and working, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Newsletter: your email address, if you agree (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Analytics and marketing cookies: only if you agree in the cookie banner (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Giving your data is voluntary, but we cannot accept an order without the data needed to make and deliver it. We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not use profiling that has legal or similar effects on you.

3. Who receives your data

We share data only as needed with:

• Stripe, which processes payments;
• the delivery company that carries your order;
• seohost.pl, which sends our email;
• Namecheap, which forwards email sent to our addresses;
• Backblaze, which stores our encrypted database backups and our uploaded files;
• our accounting service.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on the safeguards required by the GDPR.

4. How long we keep it

• Order data: for as long as needed to perform the contract and until possible claims expire.
• Accounting documents: 5 years from the end of the tax year they relate to.
• Customer account data: until you delete your account, except data we must keep for the reasons above.
• Newsletter data: until you withdraw your consent, and after that only as needed to prove the consent.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To use these rights, write to hello@aceprint.store. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO) in Poland or with your local supervisory authority.

6. Cookies

We use cookies needed for the cart and the store to work. Other cookies are used only with your consent, which you can change at any time in the cookie settings.
