Terms of Service

1. Seller

This online store at aceprint.store is run by AcePrint (Oleksandr Pokariev), Kwiatowa 6, 05-205 Ostrówek, Poland, NIP 5223180361, REGON 385722284. Contact: hello@aceprint.store, +48 455 566 245.

2. Using the store

To use the store you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an email address. You may not post or send unlawful content through the store.

You can shop as a guest or use a free customer account, and you can delete your account at any time. You can also subscribe to our free newsletter and unsubscribe at any time. If something in these online services does not work properly, write to hello@aceprint.store. We reply within 14 days.

3. Orders

You place an order by choosing a product, entering your personalization text and delivery details, accepting these Terms and paying. Before you place the order you can check and correct everything you entered. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. The contract is concluded in English. Our confirmation email contains the order details, and these Terms remain available on this page.

Your personalization is made exactly as you typed it, so please check the spelling. You may not order text that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others; we may refuse such an order and refund any payment.

If you spot a mistake, message us within 2 hours of placing your order and we will update or cancel it free of charge. After that, production may already have started.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT. The delivery cost for your country is shown before you place the order. Orders are paid online with the payment methods offered at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes outside the European Union, if any, are charged by the destination country and paid by the recipient.

5. Production and delivery

Each product is made to order in 1–3 business days and then shipped with tracking. Delivery times for each destination are shown at checkout and on the Shipping & Delivery page.

6. Right of withdrawal

Personalized products are made to your specification, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty.

7. Complaints

We are liable for goods that do not conform to the contract as required by law, for 2 years from delivery. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or with a mistake on our side, write to hello@aceprint.store as soon as you can, with your order number and a photo. We reply within 14 days. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you choose. This does not limit your other legal rights. See also Returns & Refunds.

8. Out-of-court dispute resolution

We do not currently take part in out-of-court consumer dispute resolution. If you are a consumer, you can get free help from your local consumer organisation or from the European Consumer Centre in your country. You can also go to court.

9. Sole traders

If you are a natural person running a business in Poland and the purchase is not of a professional nature for you, the consumer rules on complaints and unfair contract terms also apply to you, as provided by Polish law.

10. Personal data

We process your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the mandatory protection of the law of the country where you live.
